Well, I listened to the State of the Union address, and I really didn’t get anything out of it.  One thing I did notice by watching it though.  When you look out at all the people in congress, the people right there watching the president, aren’t they supposed to be our representatives?  Well, I saw very few minorities, and definitely no poor or middle class people. I think it would be nice someday if you didn’t need hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to run a campaign to get elected to go to Washington and represent the “people.”  I really don’t feel that the majority of people in there are really representing or are representative of the populous of our country.  Maybe I’m wrong.  Just something to think about.
