10. Someone to take out the trash
9. Free yard work
8. Having people just like you around is neat
7. Really great hugs and kisses
6. Turkey Day family football
5. They keep you young
4. Always having someone to play with (yes, I still love to play)
3. HALLOWEEN!!!!
2. Making them!
1. Excitement on Christmas Eve and Morning
You are right with all your ten reasons for having children; we could probably add 20-30 more.
And then we have the “icing on the cake”–not only do we get to see our children become great parents–but one of the biggest joys in life is having grandchildren.
They are truly a blessing!
